Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am a 19-year-old. I am suffering from pain in my penis, mostly between the foreskin and the glans penis. It hurts more especially when I pass urine. Last week, I had rough sex with my girlfriend. At that time I saw blood on the foreskin of my penis. What should I do now? After the sperm had been released, the erected penis was going down fast. Is this a major problem? I am worried. Please help me to get out of this issue.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Relax and do not worry. It is not a major problem. If possible, please sent me the images of your penis both from above and below with the foreskin retracted properly. You might have injured frenulum while having sex, but do not worry as it is not a major problem. I will see and diagnose it.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I am very thankful for your reply. As requested, I am hereby enclosing the pictures.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I have seen the images sent by you (attachment removed to protect patient identity), and they are normal. There is no rupture of the frenulum. The pain may be because of rough sex. It is similar to muscle sprain. Avoid sex and masturbation for some days. You can take painkillers when required. I suggest you take Voveran SR (Diclofenac) 75 mg when you feel the pain is more. Consult a specialist doctor, discuss with him or her and take medicine with consent.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

There is some blood as well. What might be the reason for it?

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I did not understand properly. Do you still have bleeding now? A little bit of pain is expected for some weeks.

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Yes, I have blood mixed with sperm. Now I observed that.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

You were advised not to have sex or masturbation for some days. Any how nothing to worry about at present. If possible get below basic tests done.

1. Urine routine.

2. Urine culture and sensitivity.

3. Ultrasound scrotum.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
