I have tried several times to achieve ejaculation after the circumcision but have not experienced the same sensation I had before. Consequently, I have stopped trying. If this continues, I will inevitably become stressed.

Even when you watch pornography and masturbate, you are unable to ejaculate. Please confirm whether you are able to get an erection. If you are unable to achieve an erection, we may need to consider recent hormonal imbalances. Thank you for the response.
I am unsure about the exact meaning of an erection, but when I watch porn, my penis becomes hard and enlarges, though ejaculation no longer occurs as it did before my circumcision. Previously, I could ejaculate within ten minutes of watching porn, but now it has completely stopped. I did not have any issues with ejaculation before the surgery. Since the surgery, I have not been able to achieve the same level of sensation needed to ejaculate.
I consulted the urologist who performed the surgery, and he said everything went well. He suggested that if I am unable to ejaculate, I should see an andrologist. I am frustrated. My foreskin was tight from birth, and I could not fully masturbate because the skin would not retract completely. The doctor had mentioned that I might experience pain during sex after marriage, which is why I proceeded with the circumcision.
