Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have been doing masturbation by watching porn for more than ten years. However, I realized it was the wrong thing online one year back. I tried to ejaculate in the usual conventional way using my hand, but I could not ejaculate. I want to get over this habit of masturbation by watching porn. Please suggest some solution for recovering from such kind of habit.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern.

Masturbating by watching porn is not good. You can have a sexual-related issue in the future, like erectile dysfunction. You need to change over to hand penis masturbation. It will be difficult for a few months, but no other option you should change over. You can do it three times a week by yourself, or you can get help from your partner to help you with penis masturbation. I suggest you to stop masturbation for one month and try hand penis masturbation. It will take two to three months for complete recovery.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
