Hello doctor,
I want to know that how long should I have sex? My sexual timing is only 20 seconds, is it a problem for me? So please advice me the medicines that can prolong my sexual time.

I can understand your concern please do not panic. You must understand premature ejaculation. Premature ejaculation is diagnosed when you have premature ejaculation within one or two minutes of sex, continuously several times with the same partner for over six months. There is nothing called premature ejaculation while masturbation. Premature ejaculation occurs when a man ejaculates sooner during sexual intercourse than he or his partner. Premature ejaculation was a common problem that happens due to psychological stress and anxiety in majority of the people. I suggest you consult sex therapy and sex counseling.
