I am a 74-year-old male with BPE. Is sexual activity good for the prostate?

Thanks for consulting with us. BPE (Benign prostate enlargement) is a problem of people after the age of 50 years. Obstruction depends on the prostate shape rather than size; that is, which part of the prostate is enlarging rather than the prostate's total size. Some people have a prostate of 30 g with obstruction, and some have a prostate of 130 g with no significant blockage. Now whether to know that ejaculation prevents prostate cancer, some studies say sex and ejaculation can prevent prostate cancer, but there is no clear evidence for that. We know that ejaculation can increase the PSA (Prostate specific antigen) level, making cancer suspension, but that raise in PSA is temporary and will return to normal.
