What medical test should I take for tiredness?

This Premium Q&A, reviewed and published, features a real conversation between an iCliniq user and a physician.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 28 year old female. I am single. I feel drowsy all the day while working. Sometime, I feel less energetic when compared to other colleagues. Also, I have gotten pain in the knee joint. Can you please suggest the probable medical test or medication I should take? Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com. It is recommended that you undergo a complete blood count test and a hemoglobin level test to check for iron deficiency anemia. Additionally, measure your blood pressure to assess the possibility of hypotension. Once you have the test results, feel free to share them with me for further evaluation and guidance.
