Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 28 years old, and my penis is too small. How can I make it big and hard because it affects my married life? When my partner and I are getting connected, we face many problems and cannot have sex. For the past 18 months, I have been facing this issue. I have to ejaculate the sperm by hand, and my penis would not get harder when we are having sex. Due to this issue, I am unable to satisfy my partner.

Please help.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The average length of the penis varies from 2.5 to 4 inches in the flaccid state and 4.5 to 6.5 inches in the erect state with a one-inch diameter. Studies recommended that a flaccid penis length of fewer than 1.6 inches or an erect penis of fewer than three inches should be considered for treatment. A bigger penis or small penis does not affect making a female happy. Males gets an erotic sensation in the glans penis and the shaft of the penis. The only method for increasing the size is surgical treatment (liposuction around the pubic bone, skin graft), injecting fat into the penis, or injection of Hyaluronic acid into the penis. Inflatable penile prosthetics are helpful if the size is less than three-inch.

You caan try other methods to increase the size, but very little chance of improvement - you can only try, Consult your specialist doctor, talk to them, and follow this advice with their consent.

  1. Jelqing exercises (a natural way to increase the size of the penis). Method - Hand-over-hand rolling motion to move blood to the head of your penis and stretch it like milking. It is a safe method but can cause pain, irritation, or scar tissue formation if you do it too often or aggressively.
  2. Stretching method (it involves attaching a stretcher or extender device to the penis). The method - involves attaching a traction device to the penis to exert gentle tension.
  3. You can also use a penis enlargement pump once in the morning after or before a bath. Vacuum pumps draw blood into the penis, making the penis swell; they are used for treating erectile dysfunction. The vacuum pump can make a penis look larger temporarily. But using one too often or too long can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to fewer firm erections.
  4. Massage with Aljins 69 oil (Jayafal Tail, Kalonji Oil, Tal Tail, Kapur, Ashwagandha, Mayufal) once daily except the glans penis before bath for three months.

Hope this helps.

Thank you.

Thank you.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It can increase the size of the penis but not 100 percent. I hope you read all the notes I have shared.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
