Hello doctor,

I have been appointed as a cop. I am happy, but I am in an increased state of panic. As I will be working under the sun all day, I fear skin cancer. Are there any tips to avoid skin cancer even though I am exposed to the sun for the whole day? What are the preventive measures to follow? Are there any home remedies to follow to do when I reach home?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest you use a good sunscreen with an SPF (sun protection factor) of 50. You can use vitamin C and Niacinamide based serums at night.
