Good day Doctor, I'm experiencing stomach pain for 4 days, on the first day it's only stomach pain then the next day I'm having a flu that my body is feeling exhausted with headache and I've been vomiting, I don't sweat, I don't have the appetite to eat so I only drink milk. I also lose weight. I had a stomach pain without flu last month. Despite my condition I am still working because I don't have a choice. I am a male, aged 28, height is 5'7" and weight 62. I hope you could help me Doctor, Thank you.
Hello hope you're doing well! with respect to your presenting complaints and history it seems that you're suffering from gastritis! You dont need to quit work as once you start treatment you will feel alot better! please be compliant to medications.
