Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

We need to know clearly what stage you are in so that we can suggest medicines. Otherwise, it may not be effective. Since you seem to have already taken some form of treatment and it has not succeeded fully. I need to know proper details so that we can get you the best possible advice. We did not want you to be going to the hospital for this purpose and increase your risk of contracting the Coronavirus. You need to continue the antibiotics. You also need some decongestants. Before we go further I need to get more details about your problem. Please send clearer pictures of the throat with open mouth focus the camera on the back of throat and say aaa. We need to see the back wall and tonsils. Only when you say aaa the tongue will go down and we can see the back. Secondly, please tel us how many days you took Oflox and Ceftas. What dosage did you took? Did you take plain Ceftas or Ceftas CV? Did you complete the course? Is there any wheezing or breathing difficulty now? Is there a fever still? If possible send the picture of your prescription and enlist other medicines that you are taking now.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I took Opox CV 200 for five days two times a day. Doctor first prescribed me Ceftas 200 but then he changed it to Opox CV 200. I do feel tired and feverish but I do not have a fever now. There is a slight wheezing and shortness of breath. I have been using Duonase nasal spray which I am not using for the last 15 days. For asthma, I am using Foracort 400 rotacap once a day.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Start on Duonase nasal spray two puffs in each nostril twice daily after meals. Continue for at least two weeks. Continue using your Foracort rotacap inhalers twice daily for a week and then once a day for another week. Additionally, take Levolin (Levosalbutamol) inhaler twice daily and SOS whenever breathing troubles there. Take Montek LC (Montelukast and Levocetirizine) in the evenings for two weeks. Take Chymoral forte, one tablet thrice daily before meals for four days. Avoid going out. Wear a mask. Do not lie down directly under AC.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
