Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
I had sex with my girlfriend for the first time a few days back, and we did not use a condom. I also had not masturbated for a long time. I had put my penis inside her vagina for nearly five seconds, and I had precum on my penis. After this, she has been feeling pain radiating from her vagina and reaching her lower stomach. And it has been five days since she has been feeling the same pain. Please give us some clarity regarding the reason for the pain. Are there any chances of pregnancy?
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I read your query and understand your worries. No need to get stressed. Pain after intercourse may be due to friction injuries. Consult your specialist doctor, discuss with them, and take medicine with consent. I suggest her to follow the given measures.
1. Drink plenty of water daily.
2. Take tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg once daily on an empty stomach (before having food).
3. Tablet Zerodol P (Aceclofenac and Paracetamol) twice in a day.
4. Syrup Citralka (Disodium Hydrogen Citrate) 15 ml in 200 ml water three times a day.
5. Tablet Levomac (Levofloxacin) 250 mg twice a day.
All for three days.
Regarding the fear of pregnancy, kindly send me the date of her last period and the exact date of unprotected intercourse so that it will be helpful to advise you properly.
Thank you.
Patient's Query
Hello doctor,
Thank you for your response.
She was on her fourth day of the period.
Thank you.
Hello,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
Intercourse was during a safe period, so there was no chance of getting pregnant. Be relaxed, kindly start the medications I mentioned, and send me the follow-up after three days.
Thank you.
Patient's Query
Hi doctor,
Thank you for the reply.
Today she vomited in the morning and felt a bit better in the stomach. I am really worried. In the morning, she woke up all sweaty and sick, then after puking a bit, she felt better. What can be the reason?
Hi,
Welcome back to icliniq.com.
It seems to be due to acidity caused by stress or improper foods.
