I am a single male, 34 years. I currently feel that something is moving in my penis before or after urinating. And, just now, I noticed a whitish or yellowish liquid coming out of my penis. It started last weekend after I had unprotected sex. Please help.

When I had it first, it was treated traditionally. But this time, before I spoke to you, I was given Ampicillin and Cloxacillin. But, still the pain and the whitish liquid are there though not like two days back and I still do not feel any pleasure when it comes to intercourse unlike before. What is the problem? Please help.
