  3. Cholesterol VLDL: 30.2
  4. SGOT: 62
  5. Creatinine serum: 0.68
  6. A:Gratio: 0.85
  7. Iron: 49
  8. TSH: 6.408
  9. 2 hydroxy Vitamin D: 6.8
  10. ESR: 25

Kindly suggest me a treatment plan.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

From your reports, I observe you have vitamin D deficiency, subclinical hypothyroidism, transaminitis, and reduced HDL. You are overweight. So, I would advise you to involve in physical exercises, brisk walking, and make dietary modifications. For diabetes, you are already taking Metformin 2 g a day. So, the only thing to be done is to control the levels by adopting a healthy lifestyle. Take Vitamin D3 Calcirol sachet 60000 units a week for 10 weeks. Seek an endocrinologist to manage your subclinical hypothyroidism.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
