Hello doctor,
Recently, I notice trash getting formed in the penis head. Sometimes, it is itching and sometimes giving a foul smell. This started early last month. But then it worsened later. I have been washing it regularly with warm water and after a couple of days, it again forms. Kindly provide a permanent solution. Do I need to show it to a urologist or will you be able to answer?

I have seen the images (the attachments have been removed to protect the patient's privacy) sent by you. It looks like a fungal infection. Apply Candid-B (Clotrimazole topical and Beclometasone topical) ointment twice a day for two weeks. Consult your specialist doctor discuss with him or her and start taking the medicines with their consent. And daily clean your penis with water only. Do not apply soap.
