Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am suffering from a miserable problem of anus itching after my bowel movements. At last, some of the poop slips through my rectum and passes on slowly from the anus, and after the completion, it causes so much irritation and itching the whole day. I am consuming Fabolite for this problem. Please help.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

You are suffering from two problems simultaneously. We are going to treat both together.

The first is piles. For piles, I suggest you take the following treatment for seven days, and you will feel much better. The further treatment will be decided after seven days as per improvement in symptoms.

1. Tablet Daflon 1000 mg (Diosmin 900 mg and Hesperidin 100 mg) twice daily for one week.

2. Apply Anovate (Phenylephrine 0.10%, Beclometasone 0.025%, and Lidocaine 2.50%) on the affected area thrice daily.

3. Take syrup Looz 15 ml (Lactulose 10 gm) twice daily.

4. Tablet Tranexa 500 mg (Tranexamic Acid 500 mg) thrice daily for three days.

5. Do sitz bath twice daily.

The main thing you need to follow is avoiding constipation. More you constipate, worsen the piles, and follow a high fiber diet.

The second thing is an intestinal infestation by parasites. I suggest you take tablet Bandy 400 mg (Albendazole 400 mg) for three days to cure it. I suggest you take this treatment, and you will feel much better within a week.

I hope this helps.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
