Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Currently, I am suffering from insomnia. Yesterday, my partner thought that there was a ghost in our apartment and after that, I started to have discomfort. Currently, I feel detached and my arms seem to be weak and it is shaking. I also have vivid dreams every day and I have loud thoughts when it is quiet. This is the first time for me to have this feeling. I feel like my physical health is also getting affected because I am not able to eat healthy foods and I suffer from serious migraines. My partner is having serious kidney issues and I take her to the emergency. It is one of the reasons that cause stress in me and I always think that I have a mental problem in me.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your situation. You can have anxiety disorder due to stress and overthinking. You should follow these lifestyle changes to get relief. You should do exercise daily for 30 to 45 minutes like at least go for walking. You should do meditation for 20 minutes daily. Sit in one place in a comfortable position and try to concentrate on normal breathing. Do not force yourself or stop your thoughts and leave them. It makes you feel relaxed. You should eat home-cooked foods and avoid junk foods.

You should drink enough water every day. You should spend quality time with friends and family daily. You should spend time on creative hobbies like reading books, writing journals, painting, drawing, learning new skills like learning a new language or musical instruments. You should take enough sleep for seven to eight hours daily. You must avoid tobacco or alcohol or any substance abuse. Try to live your life and do not waste it. You must stop overthinking. Be bold and confident. You can take tablet Clonazepam 0.5 mg at night and take tablet Clonazepam mouth dissolving when you have a severe anxiety attack. You can take tablet Escitalopram 10 mg in the morning.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
