Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

It appears that you have chest heaviness and breathing difficulty for the past five months now. You have mentioned your one HbA1c (hemoglobin A1c) value of 7.5 percent. It seems that you have type 2 diabetes. You have not mentioned the medications taken by you. You have given your report of liver function test and it appears to be normal. You have serum creatinine of 1.19 mg/dL and it is normal. You have attached some blood reports. I will try to discuss the complaints mentioned by you and my impression is based on your complaints. I believe that you have diabetes. Patients with diabetes can have common or uncommon symptoms of heart disease. The symptoms of chest heaviness and heart disease originate from heart disease. You need to do investigations to confirm the diagnosis of heart disease. You can do complete blood count, serum lipid profile, serum NTPro-BNP (N-terminal prohormone of brain natriuretic peptide) and repeat HbA1C. You can do a 2D echocardiogram. You can do a chest X-ray of anteroposterior and lateral view. You can also do an exercise stress test or exercise stress MPI (myocardial perfusion imaging) test for heart disease. You can take Atorvastatin 20 mg once daily at night. Have a blood pressure diary.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
