Hi doctor,
I need someone with a lot of experience in allergies. Please tell me what you would do in my situation. Most IgE testing is negative (aside from cow's milk allergy and mold allergy). Yet every single food I have had in the last two years has gone from no reaction to a severe reaction entailing diarrhea, nausea, vomiting, throat swelling, and tachycardia over 1 to 2 weeks.
I have had two periods of not eating anything but sugar for 1 to 2 months, and after that point, I would regain some tolerance to foods, but it would quickly vanish again. Please help me figure out what to do. Adrenal insufficiency and some nutrient deficiencies are also present, and they are being treated, but other than that, they have no idea what to do.

You should take your food in small quantities, take probiotics, avoid milk, and do not bring any longer gaps for any particular food. Otherwise, you will again lose tolerance for that particular food.

The more I eat food, the less tolerance I have for it. Do you believe it is because there is a damaged intestinal barrier that too much of the food and proteins are leaking into my system, and my body is creating an immune response toward it? These food issues started about five years ago, off and on after a round of antibiotics. I had a UTI. Ever since then, I started having random issues with food that got progressively worse over time.
The antibiotics I had were Rocephin, Ciprofloxacin, and Fosfomycin for a pseudomonas UTI. I contracted it from a cystoscopy. I also lost a lot of weight after that episode, my stool turned gray for a few weeks, and I developed a heart murmur. I cannot eat small amounts because of hypoglycemia. Potatoes, for example, caused no reaction three weeks ago.
Now eating potato chips is making the side of my throat feel like something is growing on it, and I get a bit uncomfortable and short of breath, if I eat a lot of it, it will make me have a bowel movement with green stool. But none of that happened a few weeks ago. But every single food does this. I have attached my stool profile.

I understand your concern.
Your intestines are weak due to multiple antibiotics in the past, but proteins are not leaking and not creating an allergic reaction, you need to improve your immune system, and it is a slow process. You should take probiotics, curd, and buttermilk. And should avoid milk. You should take vitamin B12 supplements, also take a broad-spectrum multivitamin, take vitamin D supplements, and take calcium supplements. All these will improve your immune system, but it is a slow recovery and will recover throughout 3 to 4 months.

Well, what do you think is happening then? With my throat swelling, tachycardia, diarrhea, vomiting, and extreme bloatedness after eating food, I react to it. Also, my throat and mouth get extremely dry rapidly as well. Sometimes there is some mild angioedema in the mouth and lips and redness around the lips.

The symptoms you experience are due to a bad stomach, for which you need to take probiotics and fruits. Your lips and mouth symptoms could be due to local inflammation, and you should take vitamin C, and apply ointment over the lips. It could be oral candidiasis, too, you should take antifungal medications for one week.
