Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have not gotten my period for the last two months. I am not sexually active currently. The last time I had sex was two to three months ago, and I used condoms all the time. I was also stressed due to some relationship issues with my boyfriend, and I cut my hand. I took a home pregnancy test twice two months ago and once recently, and all were negative. Is there any issue? Am I not pregnant?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. Do not worry. As both intercourses were during a safe period, and you used protection. So there is no chance of getting pregnant. Delay in periods may be due to some hormone disturbance due to stress. Take tablet Primolut N (Norethindrone) twice a day for five days. Periods will occur within a few days of stopping Primolut N.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
