Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 25- year- old girl. I am not willing to do any work, and I get to sleep late at night. I am deeply thinking about something all the time, and my mind does not calm for a minute. Maybe I am crying alone of thinking about something on long lonely travel. I am not able to overcome my depression, and I am not taking any tablets or physically active. I live with my parents, who care for me, but I can not engage with them or friends for more than 30 minutes. Is there anything that struck me up, and will this get resolved on its own?

Regards.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Keep yourself busy with work or passion. Walk, yoga, and exercise as health permits started gradually will help. Avoid stress-strain exertion. Deep breathing and meditation will help. Limit your screen time. Read a book at bedtime with a warm bath or a massage. Listen to soft music. Keep well hydrated and also check blood pressure and thyroid profile. Is your menstrual cycle regular?

I suggest consulting a physically examined psychiatrist.

Regards.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
