Patient's Query

Hello Doctor,

I am concerned about my erection. I am 23 years old male. I do work out regularly. I do not masturbate for 2 to 3 weeks but I do masturbate for five times in two days then take a gap for two weeks. When I am in a gap, I do not masturbate but I overthink that it will affect my erection quality. I also do fantasize and at that time my erections are very good. But sometimes, I do not have a good erection. How to stop overthinking? Can video watching affect my erection quality? How to maintain good erection quality every time?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com,

I understand your concern. Do not worry. Weak erections or premature ejaculation seem to be due to excessive masturbation habits, lack of exercise, lack of proper sleep, and lack of proper nutrition. medicines alone will not work permanently to improve your urogenital system. I would suggest you,

  1. Do yoga and Pranayam regularly.
  2. Go for walks regularly.
  3. Do Ashwini Mudra regularly.
  4. Consult your doctor, and take capsules of Semento (Cinnamon, Shilajit, Shafad Musli, fenugreek, and Pippali) two capsules taken twice a day for three months and syrup Ashwagandharishta (Ashwagandha) 15 ml three times a day for three months.
  5. And send me a follow-up after six weeks.

    Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
