Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am an 18-year-old male. I weigh 32 kgs, and my height is 5'6". I have been addicted to masturbation since when I was 8 years old. I feel depressed and anxious, and masturbate three to four times a day. My libido is high, so I cannot control myself from masturbation. How do I control my sexual urges?

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I can understand your concern. It is heartbreaking to read about your suffering. But rest assured, I understand you, and I will help make all these urges go away.

So, this is the action plan:

1) I will prescribe you four medications. You will have to take them for seven to ten years. First good results will be there after two to four weeks, but for a true cure, you must take the medications for a very long time.

2) Compliance is immensely important. This therapy must be controlled and the dosage must be adjusted from time to time. This can only be done by an experienced andrologist. That means we will have to stay in touch.

3) You need to find a reliable online or traditional pharmacy that sells you the (cheap) medication without asking embarrassing questions.

Are you ready? Then you can begin your therapy today. I will write down the therapy plan in the field below this text. And you can trust me. I keep my fees low so that money should not be an issue. Let us start with a better life.

The Probable causes

Severe sexual disorder.

Investigations to be done

1. One comprehensive physical examination with laboratory tests every 12 months. 2. I assume that the information about your weight being 32 kilos at 5'6" must be wrong. Should it be correct contact me again, then I have to adjust the dosage of the medication and you would have to gain weight.

Probable diagnosis

1. Compulsive Masturbation Disorder, stage 10 (extreme). 2. Psychiatric sexual abnormality. 3. Loss of libido control. 4. Reactive depression and anxiety.

Treatment plan

1. Tablet Dutasteride 0.5 mg once per day. 2. Tablet Estradiol-Valerate 2 mg once per day (No other type of estradiol). 3. Tablet Clomipramine 50 mg three times per day. These medications are only valid if your weight is more than the most likely wrong 32 kg that you mentioned. They have to be taken for ten years. Then the does will be tapered down carefully by 10 % per month. ATTENTION: You should be able to buy the medication online. That is less embarrassing, and I would recommend that. When using a stationary pharmacy and you are asked why you need this, inform the pharmacist that this medication was prescribed by an andrologist and urologist. Tell them that these medications need to be taken long-term (10 years) due to a severe hormonal and psychological condition that you will not talk about because it is a sensitive issue. IMPORTANT: Do not be surprised that one of the products is officially intended for use in women only. In your case, it is an “off-label use”. The reason is simple: the same medication for males is tenfold more expensive. So do not be irritated when it is a product for women. But it has to be ESTRADIOL-VALERATE TABLETS and NO OTHER TYPE OF ESTRADIOL. Other types would harm you most severely! Only Estradiol-Valerate in the form of tablets is safe for men. And no other Estradiols. There are others that sound similar, so be careful! WARNING: Have a complete physical and laboratory examination every twelve months to monitor your general health and walk a lot to prevent blood clots as a rare side effect. If you have a history of blood clots do not take this medication.

Preventive measures

1. Relaxed sports (like walking). 2. Yoga. 3. Meditation. 4. Meeting family and friends. 5. Do not talk about your illness, enjoy getting cured.

Regarding follow up

Once per month is the minimum time for follow-up.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
