Hello doctor,
I have a problem with my stomach. For the last two weeks, I have felt stomach pain, had reflux, and had a hot feeling in the neck and mouth. Now it got worse, and I started having blood in the stool. Please tell me which diet I should have and what medicine I can take? I am taking Prednisolone for rheumatoid arthritis, and in the past, I was treated with Itraconazole, Augmentin, and Flagyl for aspergillosis.

I think you have gastroesophageal reflux disease and fissures or piles because you have acid reflux and blood in your stool. Try the following medications:
1) Tablet Pan-D (Pantoprazole and Domperidone) twice daily before food.
2) Tablet Librax (Chlordiazepoxide and Clidinium) 1 tablet thrice daily.
3) Syrup Sucralfate 10 ml thrice daily for five days.
4) Proctosedyl (Phenylephrine, Beclometasone, and Lidocaine) ointment for external use around the anus.
Take fiber-rich and less spicy food.
