Patient's Query

I got tested positive with gonorrhea and chlamydia and i got all the anibiotics for it. I had to go for a second round of antibiotics bc my area didnt feel fully healed. Even after the second round my penis still feels weird and its been weeks. I went to get tested 2 times (different times) and all the results came back negative. My urethra feels sensitive and there is always watery discharge af the tip. It would also itch sometimes. The doctors thought it was yeast but the yeast pills didnt work. They only helped with the itching a little. While i was on treatment for the stds i masturbated everyday and i have since. Could that be the reason my urethra feels how it feels?

Hello the thing with these STI s is that the bacteria might get removed from the system with the help of antibiotics but some of the changes or destruction so as to say that they have caused internally will last for sometime. since you have tested negative for these infections after the course of antibiotics was completed there is no need to worry about the discharge if in a minute quantity.

it will gradually decrease and will stop. but if the discharge is gross and foul smelling we might have to search for other causes of such discharge. your masturbation doesn't seem to be the cause of the changes or the discharge. what I would advise is always keep that area clean, wash thoroughly with water after passing urine or masturbating, wear clean underwear, use protection while indulging in intimate relations. do let me know if you have any more queries
