Hello doctor,

Unnecessary thoughts have been stuck in my mind for 7 to 8 months. I try to forget them, but they get worse whenever I try to forget, and then I cry. When I search on the internet about how to forget them, more thoughts begin to stick in my mind, and it seems like my whole life has to deal with these thoughts. I am not able to focus on anything due to this. Please help me.
