Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I was fine until last evening but woke up at night when I heard a sound after yawning. My jaw joint and ear have been paining a lot since then. Has any structure in my ear got damaged? What has happened to me?

Answered by Dr. Naveen Thomas

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I suggest you get a clinical examination done for upper or lower wisdom tooth infection on that particular site where you are having pain. If not, you might need a thorough examination of the lower jaw abnormalities. I will suggest antibiotics and painkillers after physical examination and X-rays are taken.

Thank you.
