Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I recently experienced soreness in the right lower jaw. I have had clicking and problems in chewing for years, but I had never felt soreness in my jaw. I have been under immense stress for the past several months. I have pain while chewing for a long time or spitting out the toothpaste. I also have stiffness in the neck and shoulder in the same area. All my wisdom teeth are missing. I take vitamin supplements and contraceptive pills.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

The soreness in the jaw could be due to various causes. It might be due to an ulcer, muscle pain, or overload on the tooth due to trauma or can be due to any systemic causes. I suggest you visit a nearby dentist for a complete oral check-up.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
