Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

Since I can remember, I have not felt any sensation in my penis. Although it ejaculates quickly and with little to no feeling, it has healthy erections and can do so without any issues. I can ejaculate and masturbate, but I have no feeling anything the whole time. I have trouble staying erect when I try to have sex. When I was younger, I could only feel my orgasms when I masturbated by pressing really hard on my penis till ejaculation. I resumed doing it normally after approximately a year, but I have never regained sensation. I am currently free of masturbating and intend to stop forever. I am not sure whether I ever had full sensitivity even before I started masturbating because I took a very long time to be able to do it in a conventional manner. Since never having been in an accident, I am not sure I have any spinal damage. I exercise frequently, eat a very healthy and balanced diet, and I am in terrific condition. What else can I do to increase my sensitivity?Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I read your query and can understand your concern.

In sexual relations do you note early ejaculation or its early ejaculation at masturbation, as treatment plans will differ? I think you can continue having masturbation at a frequency you are comfortable with. Ejaculation and erection are proof that you have a normal penile sensation. Most individuals miss the original passion that existed at the beginning of puberty as they proceed through more sexual and masturbatory experiences. However, I am sure you will be able to enjoy it normally when you are in a sexual relationship.

I hope I have answered your question.

Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards.
