Hi doctor,
I am a 20-year-old female with a weight of 116 kilograms and a height of five feet nine inches. I became sick from the evening today. I have nausea, headache, diarrhea with a feeling of shakiness. I found a blue sack in my vomit with a white grainy powder in the middle. I have not taken any candy or anything that resembles the blue sack. I thought it as blood clot. I took Acetaminophen and Ibuprofen today. Please help.

You need to investigate your condition of blood clots by doing tests in the hospital. You have nausea and vomiting. I need some answers to my questions to provide you a proper diagnosis. Please mention whether you are taking any medicines. Please mention whether you have any existing illness. Please mention the number of episodes of vomiting. Please mention the associated symptoms presenting along with vomiting. Colored vomiting can occur due to biliary diseases such as biliary obstruction.
Please mention whether you have a history of gall bladder infection or gall bladder stones. Please mention whether you consume alcohol and if so, mention the number of times taken every day. You need to do a USG (ultrasound) of the abdomen or pelvis. You need to do a complete blood count, liver function tests, and renal function tests. You need to take tablet Famotidine 20 mg one tablet twice daily for seven days. You can take capsule Saccharomyces Boulardii 250 mg one capsule twice daily for seven days. You can take tablet Domperidone 10 mg one tablet thrice a day for seven days.
