Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Two weeks back, I noticed blood in my stools, I consulted a physician, and he prescribed P6 capsules and ointment. I had medicines for two weeks, but red flesh is coming out of my anus now. Is this piles, fistula, fissure, or rectal cancer? I am worried. Please help me out.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have read your concern in detail and will surely help you out. You are suffering from piles. I suggest the following treatment for seven days, and you will feel much better. I will suggest further treatment after seven days as per your improvement in symptoms.

1) Tablet Daflon (Diosmin 900 mg and Hesperidin 100 mg) 1000 mg twice daily for one week.

2) Apply Anovate (Phenylephrine, Beclometasone, and Lidocaine) on the affected area thrice daily.

3) Syrup Looz (Lactulose 10 g) 15 ml twice daily.

4) Tablet Trenaxa (Tranexamic acid) 500 mg thrice daily for three days.

5) Sitz bath (fill the bathtub with about two to three inches of warm water and sit in the tub, making sure your private area is covered) twice daily.

Avoid constipation and follow a high-fiber diet. The more you constipate, the worse the piles will be.

Kindly take your mind off rectal cancer. You are too young to have it. I have never met you still I can say you do not have it.

Hope this is helpful. Kindly revert in case of further queries.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
