Hello doctor,
I have an erection problem and I cannot have a morning erection too. I am married but my penis becomes soft while having intercourse. I have done all tests like penile doppler, scrotum, diabetes, and prolactin but all were normal. What is wrong with my sexual organs? Please guide me to solve this problem. I am currently taking Eract X twice daily.

Coming to your query, I have some questions. Do you have diabetes or hypertension? Are you on any kind of medication other than you mentioned? What does Eract contain (is it L-arginine with a multivitamin)? Is your erection tight enough such that you able to penetrate into the vagina and after that it becomes flaccid? Are you able to masturbate and ejaculate?

I do not have any type of diabetes or hypertension but recently I had done FSH test and the result was negative i.e. the level of FSH was only 1.1. I take only Eract X sachet as per advised by the doctor and yes it is composed of L-arginine, zinc, and Pyridoxine hydrochloride. I think 80 percent of full erection but that also after 20-30 minutes of foreplay. Yes, I can penetrate through her vagina but after a few minutes my penis becomes soft but not too flaccid. I can masturbate but cannot ejaculate on the other hand I can ejaculate while having intercourse with my partner, but I think my semen quantity is too low.

You have to start tablet Tadalafil 5 mg daily after food at 10 pm for 10 days. Do not stop the medication even if you feel there is not much benefit. We will review the condition after 10 days if needed will modify the dose or may add one more tablet to an existing one.
