Hi doctor,
I am a 32-year-old male. I am willing to marry in a month now. I have a fast ejaculation (lasts for one or two minutes) and ready to solve this issue. I have tried the sprays and managed to delay ejaculation for a 10-15 minutes range. Is there any medication for fast ejaculation (antidepressant or something)?
I do not have any chronic disease or take any medicines. I have little hypertension (135/90), and I am under my healthcare doctor observation.
Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.
I understood your problem. If you have a good erection and penetration is not a problem and lasts for two minutes, then your sexual performance is good. You are under the wrong impression that your sex performance should be like what you see in porn movies, which is impossible for ordinary people.
You can improve your performance slowly once you get used to it. Anxiety is the common cause of quick ejaculation in the initial stages.
It is always safer to improve your sexual performance by diet changes, and medication is the last resort.
1. Be confident that you are sexually normal.
2. Daily, eat one teaspoon of cow ghee.
3. Eat five dates daily.
4. Brisk walking, yoga, playing games daily regularly for about one hour.
5. Eat one boiled egg daily.
6. Becosules- Z one capsule daily after dinner for 15 days. Sprays can be used.
I hope this helps.
