How can a 40-year-old patient manage the red streaks and rashes on her calf and thighs?

Hello Doctor,

I am a 40 years old female and experiencing skin problems for the first time. I am having strange red streaks and rashes on my legs for one week.

I have two types of rashes on my thighs and calf portion of the leg.

1. Rash on my thighs: Two red-brown streaks, without pain or hot feeling, or any itching. When I push them the streaks remain red-brown colored.
2. Rash on my calf: It is dark red, almost lilac, It is hot and a little painful but not itchy upon touching. It started showing on my leg as a red rash for three days and became bigger, darker, and hotter. The smaller streaks are becoming bigger and wider.

As of now, I am taking vitamins and echinacea for immune support. I am very concerned and scared about my skin issue. Kindly help me know about the rashes and the treatment for the same.
