Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have seen your query and examined your pictures (attachments removed for patient identity protection).

It seems you have an inflected bitten wound.

Use tablet Azibact (Azithromycin) 500 milligrams once daily and Mupirocin ointment (polyethylene glycol ointment) local application twice daily for five days.

Since how long have you been having this?

Thank you.

Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

Thank you for your reply. I have these for two days. Is it herpes?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

It could be an infected herpetic wound or chancroid. Please get back with VDRL (venereal disease research laboratory) test and HIV (human immunodeficiency virus) test.

Use medicine which I have advised. Get a review with reports.

Thank you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
