Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

My husband and I have been trying to conceive for a year. And also, it feels like I do not ovulate these days because even in my fertile days, I feel dry and sometimes have low libido. Please help.

Thanks.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

Firstly both of you have yet to mention your age group. Secondly, I need to learn how long you have been married and have been trying genuinely to conceive. The best thing to do would be to opt for LH (luteinizing hormone) ovulation kits which can be used from day ten of your cycle regularly till you get two positive lines. The presence of two positive lines would mark the onset of LH surge. Also, it would be necessary, keeping in mind that you have been trying for years now, to get your partner's semen analysis done to rule out any possible cause of male infertility or any presence of infection. Please follow up directly with me with all the reports. I would be happy to help.

I hope this information will help.

Thank you.
