Can a patient with sexually transmitted diseases take all the prescribed antibiotics simultaneously?

Hello doctor,
I want an opinion on the antibiotics that I have been prescribed for sexually transmitted infections. The laboratory results revealed that I am suffering from sexually transmitted infections caused by five different organisms. So, the doctor prescribed me three different antibiotics to treat. Can I take all the three antibiotics at once or should I complete each course separately? I took a single dose of tablet Azithromycin one gram, and now I am taking Docycycline and Tinidazole to treat Mycoplasma hominis, Ureaplasma urealyticum, Trichomonas vaginalis, and Gardnerella vaginalis. The consulting doctor advised me to take Acyclovir for herpes simplex virus (HSV) after completing other antibiotics. Will taking Acyclovir together with Doxycycline and Tinidazole reduce the effectiveness of the drug?

Your diagnostic tests are positive for Mycoplasma Hominis, Trichomonas Vaginalis, Gardenella Vaginalis, and Ureoplasma Ureolyticum. What is AZT according to your prescription? Azithromycin or Zidovudine? If it is Azithromycin, then a bolus dose is required. If it is Zidovudine, a complete human immunodeficiency virus regimen of dose-limiting toxicity is needed. Doxycycline and Tinidazole are prescribed correctly, except Tinidazole which is usually given two grams once a day for three days. You are not tested positive for herpes simplex virus one and herpes simplex virus two. Still, a positive immunoglobulin G suggests a recent infection for which Acyclovir or Valacyclovir treatment is required and can be given with antibiotics, as mentioned earlier. Kindly share the prescription to discuss this in detail.

The AZT I am referring to is Azithromycin. I am unsure why the doctor decided to go with the one-week dose of Tinidazole rather than a two-gram bolus. Can I take all the medicines prescribed simultaneously?

Multiple sexually transmitted infections were detected in the diagnostic test reports. Azithromycin is a technical short form of Zidovudine, used in human immunodeficiency virus infection, which co-exists with other sexually transmitted infections. For bacterial sexually transmitted infections, antibiotics like Azithromycin, Tinidazole, and Doxycycline are the antibiotics of choice. Anti-virals drugs like Acyclovir and Valacyclovir can be administered with antibacterial antibiotics. Additionally, human immunodeficiency virus diagnostic test was not found in the report shared. Therefore, it is advisable to get tested for human immunodeficiency virus, as well, since it often co-exists with sexually transmitted infections.
