Hello doctor,

I would like to know about penis length and jelqing exercise. Kindly help.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

The average length of the penis varies from 2.5 to 4 inches in the flaccid state and 4.5 to 6.5 inches in the erect state, with a diameter of 1 inch. Studies recommended flaccid penis of a length lesser than 1.6 inches or an erect penis of fewer than 3 inches should be considered for treatment, as a longer size will not make females happy. A bigger penis or small penis does not affect making a female happy. Surgical liposuction around their pubic bone is helpful if the size is less than 3 inches. Other methods to increase size are jelqing exercises. Jelqing is an exercise method to naturally increase the size of the penis. The stretching method involves attaching a stretcher or extender to the penis traction device. You can use the penis enlargement pump once a morning or before a bath. Vacuum pumps draw blood into the penis, making it swell. They are used for treating erectile dysfunction. The vacuum pump can make a penis look larger temporarily. But using one too often or too long can damage elastic tissue in the penis, leading to fewer firm erections.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
