Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I cannot sleep at night. Although my head is hurting throughout the day and I know that it is because of not sleeping I still cannot sleep, overthinking all night, and because of this, I have really bad acne now. I do not know how to put my mind at ease and sleep. Can you please help me?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Close your eyes and concentrate on breathing and relax your whole body. Make comfortable ambient for your sleep means dark rooms, no noise, no mobile or TV at least half an hour before sleep. Drink warm milk for sleep induction. Wear comfortable and loose clothes, wash hands and legs before sleep. If still there is no sleep, then you can try any antihistamine like Cetirizine, that can help you to sleep. For daily or routine life, fix your schedule and time to go to bed and wake up time. Do the daily exercise for 30 to 45 minutes, do meditation for 15 minutes, eat healthy good home cooked food, avoid junk food, eat light food at dinner.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
