Hi doctor,
I feel a burning sensation on the top and inner part of my penis. I also got a burning sensation in my left foot during that time. I had intercourse three years back. I took an STD test three years back and repeated the test two years before. Both the results were negative. My blood test and urine test reports are normal. What is the reason for the burning sensation? Please help.

According to your statement, you have been suffering from burning sensations on the penis, especially in the top area. Such clinical features appear due to urethritis, prostatitis, cystitis, genital warts, kidney stone, balanitis, allergies, contact with irritants, diabetes mellitus, and nerve injuries apart from STD (sexually transmitted disease) and urinary tract infections.
