Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have a migraine headache and my stomach is hurting a lot since yesterday. It throws me up.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Yes, migrainous headache is associated with aura. It can cause nausea and vomiting. So you can take tablet Vasograin twice a day for five days. Avoid taking it if you are pregnant or a breastfeeding mother. You can take tablet Pantoprazole 40 mg before breakfast for five days. Avoid drinking carbonated drinks and ice creams. Do yoga and meditation regularly. You can take tablet Propranolol 40 mg once a day for one month as prophylaxis against migraine. Do not take it if you are suffering from bronchial asthma or allergies. If there is no improvement in symptoms or if you observe any allergic reactions, then please consult your physician soon to get examined and treat them accordingly.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor,

I am having stomach pain on my right side too.

Hi,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

Stomach pain on the right side can occur due to right renal calculi or gastritis or hepatitis or gall bladder infection. You need to examine it and it is difficult to say what it is now without examination. You can take tablet Cyclopam (Dicyclomine with Parqcetamol) twice a day after food for two days. Take a soft diet in a semi-solid state. If there is no improvement in symptoms, then please do an ultrasound abdomen and revert with the report.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
