Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I need consultation about my stress management problem. I am appointed on a management post in a public sector hospital while my actual field according to my academics is research and teaching. I am facing difficulties in adjusting myself in this job while staying for the first time in my life away from home. I am trying hard to find some job suitable to my nature but at present, I have to stay here unless I find some suitable job. I am facing a stressful situation. All the time I want to stay away from people to whom I have to deal according to my job description and I am always in search of a chance to go back to home and I do not know what to call it but my actual problem is this. Kindly give me consultation to manage this situation.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

First of all, you should have the acceptance that you have a job and you must do your job irrespective of the fact that this is not your subject. If you think that this is not for you then you should have not taken this job. Once you have accepted the job, then you will start working properly. Hard work will result in positive results which will act as a reinforcement which will further drive you to do hard work. Stop searching for any other job as of now and focus on your current job. This will definitely help you.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
