Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 25-year-old male. My height is five feet seven inches and my weight is 70 kilograms. When I was 13 or 14 years old I started masturbating, even still I am doing this. I am addicted to masturbation too much and I think it decreases my calcium level and causes premature ejaculation and weakness.

What should I do?

Thank you.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Masturbation is safe and is not unhealthy. At your age, you can masturbate four times a week without any problems. Masturbation is energy-consuming, that is all. So naturally, when you do masturbation, you feel tired. Take 10 minutes of rest and your body will come back to normal. It has no other effects on your body or mind. Masturbation will not cause a decrease in calcium level, premature ejaculation, and weakness. But anxiety about masturbation does harm.

If you have any second thoughts regarding premature ejaculation, you can get an online diagnosis and premature ejaculation prescription in minutes from the specialists.

Thank you.
