It seems that you have a mobile tooth. The treatment plan for the mobile tooth will depend on the degree of mobility. If it is highly mobile, then it needs to be removed. However, if it is slightly mobile, there are other treatment modalities where a tooth can be saved. There needs to be more information than you have provided to come to a particular diagnosis.
