Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I have pain in the last tooth of the upper jaw. Please suggest me some medication to get relief.

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have gone through the attachment (attachment removed to protect patient identity). Your tooth structure is fine. But third molars are always susceptible to infection. So do not worry and pain will get reduced soon. Report to a nearby dental hospital for radiograph after three days. Thus, if there is any caries, it can be detected and addressed accordingly.

Take these medications for pain for three days. Take tablet Ordent (Ofloxacin 200 mg with Ornidazole 500 mg) twice daily for three days. Use Hexidine mouthwash once daily and rinse for 15 seconds in the mornings for 15 days. Take tablet Ketorolac 10 mg as needed. It will give relief from pain instantly.
