Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 28 years old. I live in a fictional world I cannot control my thoughts. My mind starts wandering whenever I sit to study, and I cannot control it. How to remain calm, alert, and focused for 24 hours?

Kindly help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

Thank you for your query.

I understand your concern. It takes time to develop concentration; scientifically, it is impossible to concentrate for a long time. You need to take a break after at least 5 to 10 minutes. But during the break, do not use mobile or electronic gadgets but move from your place, go out for fresh air, practice deep breathing exercises, and sleep at least seven to eight hours; enough sleep will help you to increase your memory power and practice meditation. Keep yourself hydrated and practice a healthy lifestyle.

I hope this has helped you. Thank you.
