Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I am 25 years old female. My height is 5.5 feet. I want to pee like every five minutes and when I do wipe it is light red, sometimes red grey but not a lot and my last period was almost one and half months back. Why is this happening?

Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com

It could be urine infection, irregular unscheduled bleeding or some local pathology. All need to investigate. Have investigations, precautions then treated accordingly. Have proper hygiene. Wear soft comfortable undergarments. Use condoms for sex to prevent sexually transmitted disease.

Have transvaginal scan, cervical smear to exclude cervical pathology, high vaginal swab, local outpatient hysteroscopic examination by a gynecologist. Complete blood count and thyroid function test also needed. Have tablet Norethisterone 10 mg twice daily from day 5 to 24, then to stop for bleeding. Continue this for total three cycles to regulate cycles, stop the unscheduled bleeding. Have lots of water and cranberry juice to prevent urine infection. Collect all laboratory reports and discuss here or with a local gynecologist. If all reports come normal then you need a uro-gynecologist appointment. If experiencing any other disease better to have full check and complete treatment.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
