Hi,
Welcome to icliniq.com.I went through your daughter's history and reports (attachment removed to protect patient identity). I would like to know few more details in order to give you an accurate treatment plan.
1. What makes you tell that she has low immunity? And how often she falls sick in a year?
2. Can you give me a brief view regarding the symptoms associated with her respiration and gut? Since when your daughter is feeling physically weak?
3. Her height being 3.2 feet is not much satisfactory. Do you have a record of her height?
4. It is advisable to check the height of a child every six months in order to get a clear idea to know from what age your child's growth is reduced. I would like to know the parent's height as the child's height depends on them.
5. Can you give me detailed information regarding her routine food habits? Since when did you observe reduced appetite in her?
6. I would like to know about her digestion. Does she complain of constipation or taking longer time to pass stools?
7. Is your daughter emotionally stable? How is her behavior with her friends and classmates? Does she fear by looking at someone, be it her parents or teachers?
8. It would be of help, if you could let me know since when is she complaining of paresthesia. Which part of her body is affected? How long does it last and how frequent it is?
9. Was she hospitalized any time or went through any major surgery? If so, please provide the details.
10. I would like to know her birth history? Did she encounter any major problems in her first year of life? Did she receive enough breastfeeding?
11. In her investigation report, BUN (blood urea nitrogen) and serum creatinine are normal. So, nothing to worry as her kidney function is normal.
12. Raised creatinine levels have many causes. I would like to know if she consumes excess protein or milk rich products? Does she drink water on a regular basis?
13. My advice is to get a CBC (complete blood count) done and repeat it for a period of every three to six months and check for any abnormality.
14. If the reports show low neutrophil count, then it can be considered to be abnormal. A single report of low count of neutrophils, monocyte and lymphocyte does not suggest any abnormality. If you have any previous reports of the test, do attach the same in the follow up.
15. I am not very sure why your doctor measured testosterone. There are chances he might have found some hormonal disturbance. Please discuss regarding this with your doctor.
16. The hormone levels vary in children and adult. You can check this with an endocrinologist for further information.
17. Vitamin D levels are very low. They can get corrected by taking a combination of vitamin D and calcium together for a period of two to three months. You can give it in a sachet form. Regarding its dose and duration you can consult your pediatrician.
