Patient's Query

Hi doctor,

I am a 30-year-old female. I have been trying to lose weight for the past three years. My height is 160 centimeters, and I weigh 185.18 pounds. I have tried going on a diet and doing exercise. I also walk for one hour daily. Even after making these lifestyle changes, I struggle to lose weight. Kindly suggest some lifestyle changes that might help to reduce my obesity.

Thank you.
