Hi,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I understand your concern.

I advise you on some tips that you need to follow regularly. Then, you will succeed in losing fat.

1. Start your day with a half liter of warm water followed by 8 to 10 soaked almonds and raisins. Never start your day with tea or coffee.

2. A simple exercise like walking or light aerobics should follow this. If you enjoy gym training, you can go for it. However, some form of exercise is necessary. You must do at least 45 minutes (at one stretch) of simple exercises five days a week.

3. Eat all your meals at a set time, and let your body know when you are feeding them.

4. Eat a healthy snack in between your major meals. Choose one among the following - a handful of peanuts or any other raw nuts or dry fruits, a bowl of sprouts, or any fruit.

5. Drink at least three liters of water daily.

6. Sleep and wake up at the same time every day.

7. Reduce oily food and sweets intake to just one piece a week.

8. All sugary drinks and sodas are a big no.

9. Finish your last meal at least two hours before bed.

Follow these tips, and you will see a change within the next month.

Thank you.
