Patient's Query

Hello doctor,

I have a white spot on my penis head. I do not feel any irritation when I touch it. I am worried right now and want some peace of mind. Please help.

Hello,

Welcome to icliniq.com.

I have seen the attached images (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity), but I could not make out which white spot you were referring to. Please highlight the spot and send a clear image. In addition, I request you send the details regarding age, duration of the symptoms, associated diseases, treatment, history of the sexual intercourse, and any other significant history you want to convey. I will try to help you. Thank you.

Patient's Query

Thank you doctor for the reply,

The white spot is located at the bottom of the penis head.

Hello,

Welcome back to icliniq.com.

I suggest you maintain hygiene and wear loose cotton inners for adequate ventilation. Do not over-clean the area using harsh soaps. Instead, clean the area twice daily with warm water and mild soap. I suggest you observe for a few days. The attached images (attachment removed to protect the patient's identity) show that the white spot does not appear to be due to sexually transmitted diseases (STDs). If it persists or worsens, you can consult your doctor for examination and management.

Same symptoms don't mean you have the same problem. Consult a doctor now!
